Your privacy is our priority.

  • All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging (standard brown boxes or satchels).

  • There are no logos, branding, or product descriptions visible on the outside of the parcel.

  • The sender name on the shipping label will appear as "CB Logistics" or a neutral variation to ensure complete confidentiality.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer flat-rate and express shipping options across Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: $10.00 (Flat Rate) | FREE on orders over $150.

  • Express Shipping: $15.00.

3. Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Sunday).

  • Estimated Delivery (Standard): 3–7 business days.

  • Estimated Delivery (Express): 1–3 business days.

  • Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly for remote or rural areas.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your delivery progress directly through the carrier’s website.

5. Click & Collect (Charlestown Boutique)

In-store pickup is available at our Charlestown location.

  • Location: Shop 1/222 Pacific Highway, Charlestown NSW 2290.

  • Availability: Most orders are ready for collection within 2–4 hours. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship Australia-wide. We do not ship to international addresses at this time. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.
