At Confessions Boutique, we strive to provide high-quality wellness and intimate products. Due to the personal and sensitive nature of our inventory, we maintain a strict hygiene policy to protect all our customers.
1. 14-Day Return Window
We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for items that meet the eligibility criteria below. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns (Health & Hygiene)
To comply with Australian Health & Safety regulations, intimate items (including personal massagers, toys, and lingerie) cannot be returned once the original packaging or hygiene seal has been opened or tampered with.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original, sealed packaging.

Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, we will make it right.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@confessionsboutique.com.au if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item.

Include your order number and a photo of the defect.

For verified faulty items, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label and offer a full refund, repair, or replacement at no extra cost to you.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was faulty.
5. Non-Returnable Items

Sale items or "Clearance" products (except in cases of manufacturer defect).

Any item not in its original condition (damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
